TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

An order will be made to close the following in phases from 24 November 2025 for two days:

• Forge Lane from the bridleway south of the River Don bridge. Diversion: Finkle Street Lane/Sheffield Road/Halifax Road/Cote Lane
• Well Hill Road from Forge Lane to Huthwaite Grange. Diversion: Green Moor Road/Hunshelf Hall Lane/Dean Head Lane/Sharp Royd Nook/Pond Common Lane/Cross Lane/Park Lane/Roughbirchworth Lane/Sheffield Road/Thurgoland Bank/Halifax Road/Cote Lane/Forge Lane

SHEFFIELD ROAD OXSPRING, OXSPRING; THURGOLAND BANK, THURGOLAND

TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

An order will be made to introduce a 40 mph speed restriction in Sheffield Road from Thurgoland Bank to the entrance of The Old Farm House and also in Thurgoland Bank from Sheffield Road to Bank Cottage, from 24 November 2025 for approximately three days.
