Yorkshire in Bloom 2018
Yorkshire in Bloom is a voluntary regional organisation that administers the RHS Britain in Bloom Campaign in Yorkshire.
On entering Yorkshire in Bloom the name ‘Team Green Moor’ was born. After a great deal of fundraising, planning and a lot of hard work the village green areas started to look more loved. Team Green Moor were supported throughout the projects by Twiggs Grounds Maintenance Ltd through Barnsley MBC. Their help, support and advice have been invaluable.
The work was rewarded when the team were declared Best New Entry 2018 along with Original Richmond. The feedback was very positive and from this Team Green Moor were invited to enter Britain in Bloom.
